Tourist ServicesMadrid Destino offers – through a concession agreement – two quality tourism services to visitors: the Madrid City Tour tourist bus and the Madrid Card visitor pass. The Madrid City Tour provides visitors with a first glimpse of the city through its various bus routes, which take in some of the city’s most famous sites. Audio-guides are provided in 14 languages (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Dutch, Chinese, Arabic, Catalan, Basque and Galician). The city of Madrid official tourist pass, Madrid Card, allows visitors entry into more than 50 museums and monuments in the capital, providing preferential access to some of them, and special discounts in shops and restaurants. A small tourist guide book in Spanish, English, Italian, German, French and Russian is provided with the card, together with a map of the city and information about museums, services and partner establishments.
